EL SALVADOR SANTA RITA
"Honey, fresh-cut fir and deeply layered, savory-sweet fruit: nectarine, table grape, black cherry, citrus zest. Rich, wine-like acidity; syrupy mouthfeel. The finish is long and flavor-saturated. Aficionados should admire the striking originality of this natural-processed profile with its complex anthology of savory-sweet fruit sensation." Ken Davids, CoffeeReview.com, February 2012
The Santa Rita Estate is located in western El Salvador near the Apaneca-Ilamatepec mountains. This Bourbon varietal coffee is shade grown and dry processed by the Salaverria family, who have been producing some of the best coffees in El Salvador since 1890.
